eConsults - Online access

The surgery offers access via the eConsult service for suitable problems.  This is a very effective service but is not suitable for urgent problems.  When submitting an eConsult, please do this honestly as if your answers suggest your issue is urgent, your request will not be accepted.  It is unsafe to amend responses just so that your request is accepted.  Please be honest to ensure your problem is dealt with appropriately. 

eConsults will be viewed on the day, but it is not a tool to be seen sooner.  As stated above, eConsults are NOT suitable for urgent problems.
