Mounjaro Eligibility

!!! IMPORTANT PATIENT INFORMATION !!!

From 23rd June 2025, the weight loss injection Mounjaro will be available for a small number of patients through the NHS. Please do not contact us about this, the Practice will be in touch with any eligible patients once the pathway is in place.

PLEASE NOTE: only patients with a BMI of 40 or over (37.5 if you are from a BAME background) AND at least 4 weight-related health conditions (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obstructive sleep apnoea, heart disease, type 2 diabetes) will be eligible.
